The judges of Pinoy Dream Academy chose Bugoy, Liezel, and Poy as the top 3 scholars during the 8th Live Gala, Probationary and Expulsion Night. Bugoy was named as the Star Scholar and got the special privileges one of those is a guesting on ASAP ‘08.
Apple was the expelled scholar when she got only 13.30% viewers text votes. Miguel and Laarni were saved and will stay in the academy. Miguel got 13.96% of text votes while Laarni with the most votes earned, 72.74%. The bottom 4 for this gala night were Bunny, Laarni, Sen and Miguel. Who will be the two probationary scholars? Who will be saved by the mentors and fellow scholars? We will know on the coming days.
update: Laarni was saved by the mentors and Miguel by fellow scholars. Thus, Bunny and Hansen are currently on probation subject to viewers’ votes. One of them will be expelled this coming 9th Live Gala and Expulsion Night.
Bugoy will sing a duet song with Pinoy Dream Academy 1 Grand Star Dreamer Yeng Constantino this coming Sunday August 16 on ASAP ‘08.

bakit lagi na lang nakakasama si laarni sa bottom 5 samantalang ang galing galing naman nya kumanta sya nga para samin dito ang pinakamagaling…kahit sa mga mentors hindi sya gusto kaya ang baba baba ng grade nya

Tingnan mo naman pumiyok na si Liezel at Poy…ewn ko ba kung paano sila nag grade…i can say may FAVORATISM talaga…paano kaya kung kay Liezel pinakanta ang BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY siguro hindi lang piyok kundi IYOK hahahaha…basta we will continue to support Laarni kasi obvious na ayaw sa kanya ng co-scholar at mentor….I bet mentor will save Sen tapos co-scholar si Bunny ….so maiiwan si Miguel at Laani so this time and until the end of PDA suportahan natin si Laarni….GO GO GO Laarni

Again, there you are PDA mentors and jurors..Have you not heard why people are reacting like this? It’s because PDA2 is really really controversial. The world saw and watched how Laarni performed last 8th gala night. She did her very best performing professionally. Magaling talaga siya bakit nasa bottom 4 na naman siya? This is a very question mark and this is the start Channel 2 down. ABS-CBN again and again, this PDA2 show can really bring you down. If this will not be corrected, tell you PDA2 is bringing a curse in you. Remember what happen to Sulpicio maraming galit so people cursing them and what happen? So before anything else happen, bawiin nyo ang moral and values ninyo diyan. You know what? right after 7th gala night’s decision Cebu stop watching PDA2 already. Even me am a fan of ABS-CBN shows especially teleserye and because there was a wrong decision given by the jurors and mentors, I step out from ABS-CBN. But though I was so surprise and felt glad Laarni was saved, meaning she is deserving, right? So, I am just reminding you before anything else to happen to the channel. Remember sa kabila ganun din ang nangyayari kasi wrong and pagjudge rin… So be careful.. Mga tao at donors sumosupport sa inyo then do the job rightly. I am one of the supporter of ABS-CBN but then if this will happen repeatedly then I guess I can influence other people. So again again whoever in the PDA2 is concern bring this matter to the head… God Bless you all.

Ayusin ninyo ang mga issues sa PDA2. God is watching above you cannot deny it. If you did it honestly people wont react. Be careful mentors para ang trust ng mga tao will remain. Kung ang mga scholars ay hindi matoto so ano kayo diyan? Your reason before was not accepted to us.Ang professional at sports type of person ay patas at truthful. Ok?

Oh my God!!! Miscalculation and computer error? Psychology wise….. Dudang duda na talaga na luto na ang lahat. Hay naku you are making people bobo? Sorry to tell you again na talagang PDA2 making ABS-CBN down as in down. Sikat lang naman sana kayo sa probinsya pero kahit probinsya wala na ring tiwala sa inyo. How dare you naman. I don’t watched shows of ABS-CBN even if I know Liezl will be at ASAP yesterday. I just read the news here at internet. Nadamay talaga pati teleserye, kahit today ang DIYOSA ayaw ko na rin. I am repeating this again and again…. PDA2 really makes the people turn their back from ABS-CBN. Sorry kung masakit ang comment ko dito pero ito ang totoo, try to learn from all people’s concern para mabawi ninyo tiwala namin. There is really something wrong inside PDA. If the show is reality show but you hide something inside, so how would we describe you? Comments are only made through you people who is under this so called PDA.

Hey guys, i dont think exist pa rin yung policy na 3X probi automatic out. Why Bea naka 4x na na probi bit she never auto out sa PDA, natanggal lang siya noong si miguel ang pinili sa voting ng people…As far as i remember last PDA1 may policy na 3x probi then auto out ka na pero kapag napasama ka sa 10 scholar automatic din na reset o back to ZERO …means kahit yung unang policy ang pa implement ndi pa rin matatanggal si Laarni or kung may policy now bakit ndi natanggal si Bea after her 3x probationary…NOW KAPAG PINALABAS NILA ANG POLICY NA ITO ITS BETTER THAN HUWAG NA LANG MANOOD NG ABS-CBN dahil nawala ang moral nila dahil sa mga walang kwentang jurors at mentors….OBSERVATION KO LANG ha ..noong sina Jim Paredes ang ganda ng palakad pati na rin performance but this time para walang kalatoy latoy, We cant see any dance performance individual or grouping….I dont think Mr. Cayabyab is not agood headmaster and even his co-mentors….ABS-CBN management, please try to look carefully and open your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sabi nga ni gerald kaya siya diretsahan mag judge para ma improve ang ndi maganda which I agreed kay Mr Gerald..sayang nga lang nawala na siya…Reason well nobody knows except the fact na baka naiinis na sa siya dahil sa FAVORATISM SYSTEM sa loob ng PDA2….. Im a TFC subscriber pero kung ganito ang systema ng ABS-CBN I rather to watch cartoon or switch to PCCW na may Channel 7….hope maayos ng ABS-CBN ito….

The mentors and resident juror Mr. Ocampo are sucks. They have a favoratism inside the academy. Laarni has the best voice and talent among the scholars, but they still maintain to put her down especially the mentors. I used to like Mr. C, but the way I looked at him now is just like a puppet that follows the dog. Kitzy thinks that she knows all, but she is just using her position to put those poor girl down Kung di pa cya machaba and maswangit(kit). I like Laarni’s style. We are all have an attitude. Nobody’s perfect.

Laarni is still the best. So clear to all of us. take a look on the survey nangunguna siya and it is very true base on her performances every gala night. Nagpapakita siya ng sobrang ganda every saturday pero ang jurors and mentors are not knowing this I guess… Siguro they had a Psychology problem. Magpatingin nga kayo sa doctor please baka sa susunod ikulong kayo sa “doldol”. Siguro si jury Salonga umiwas sa inyo kasi may nakikita siyang katiwalian sa inyo diyan. Hay naku dapat and title nyo ngayon is ” Psychology Wise “.

walang kabuhay buhay ang pagkanta ng top scholar na si liezel sa asap 08. Kaya di man walang nag applause sa kanya. Yan ba ang magaling kumanta? Pagdating sa tagalog song and high voice wala cyang ibubuga. Talo talaga cya ni laarni sa kantahan. Plastic masyado yang si liezel. Ang mga mentors na yan they really don’t like laarni. As joey said, laarni is not his favorite in the academy. Palakasan pala dyan sa contest na yan. I thought this is a singing contest not paekekan contest. Imagine Ms. Piggy Kitzy gave laarni 6.something sa midterm then sa mga guys ang tataas. And of course the mentors favorite na si liezel ang nakakuha ng highest grade. ana ba yan abs-

Sorry to tell those people who are judging Laarni’s attitude. She is not like that. As what I said.. yes iyakin siya but hindi siya nanliliit ng tao. Nagpakatotoo lang talaga siya. And it is natural feelings once you join that kind of group. You meet different kind of people, first thing you need to adjust, adopt and learn. That is what Laarni is. Talking for voice quality mayroon siya, physical outlook ok naman, stage presence more excellent, pakikibagay she is really improving and pakikisama she is really reaching it out. They became close now with the scholars. So, if you are professional person you can determine how this woman moves and improving her very self little by little and it is because of her constant faith. To conclude, thank you very much for the open mind and open heart revealed. God bless you all.

hay naku…. mauulit nanaman ang nangyari kay charice. laarni is the greatest singer this season of pda and yet parati nalang syang nilalaglag ng mga mentors; gerard salongga i think he is the only person who has the so called “K” to judge. nakikita at naririnig nya ang potential na meron si laarni. maybe naiinis sila sa akala nilang pagkaiyakin ni laarni. me too first mukhang naiinis din ako but kung paghimayhimayin mo talaga, si laarni ang pinakatotoong tao sa loob ng pda. paano kasi sila dyan ay sanay sa plastikan kaya naiinis sila sa totoong tao. mga kagalanggalang na mentors, i like watching your show dahil may natutuhan ako as i am also a lover of music and a singer in my own special way but you’re no longer fair in judging. be fair in giving the assigned song to everybody di yong parati nalang safe song ang inaasign nyo sa gusto nyong panalunin. ako naman ok lang kung sino ang mananalo but kitangkita naman ang potential ni laarni pero di parin pasado sa inyo. sana may week kayong pareho silang kanta para makita talaga ng viewers kung sino talaga ang magaling. pls be fair.

Viewers: we all have a bet in PDA2 which is Laarni. Kitang kita natin kung ano siya talaga at kung sino siya. She is true, unique kind of girl, very listening and very excellent. God given talent talaga siya. So now, all we have to do is pray for her, to mentors and jurors. Kasi yan ang guide sa lahat. Laarni’s being a humble and a talented woman really impresses all of us inside Philippines or outside. So let us continue to support her… God bless..

Sana magkaroon ng transparency sa score ng scholar. ipakita ang criteria sa judging or banggitin ng host before magstart ang singing/performance to freshen the mind of jurors at pakita sa screen ang score na bigay ng bawat juror sa scolar para malaman na walal tlagang nangyayaring dayayan or favoritism… Ano ba tlaga showdown ba o duet ang gagawin ni poy with selected scholar? ung una showdown(Laarni & Poy), second duet (Bugoy & Poy)… next?

Im here in Kuwait, before I dont watch PDA i find it boring, laro na lang ako ng PSP. Minsan watch kami ng Friend ko at nagkataon na napanood namin ung time na complete pa lahat, nagkakgulo ang mga scholar sa attitude problem ni Laarni…we found it interesting to watch. We watch it until now because of Laarni. maybe most of the viewers, wtch PDA because of Laarni, she gives life to PDA. Most of us are waiting her performance every gala night. we know that there is always new in her performance, unlike other scholars whose performance is quite boring. All have good voice, but people are still looking for the overall performance. WE ARE WATCHING BECAUSE WE WANT TO BE ENTERTAINED. I am not against the scholars, all are giving their effort on this contest, but i don’t like the jurors by’coz they are unfair. I am disgusted to the mentors for their favoritism… they must show on the screen the score of scholars from each juror and the total average. Also, what are the criteria for judging? Be tranparent, so that viewers will be satisfied….

I love to watch PDA everynight eventhough i’m on my 7th month of pregnancy because of Laarni. I like her voice she’s so magaling super. Si Laarni lang lagi inaabangan ko especiallly sa Gala Night, i’m so excited everytime na magpeperform siya. Sana siya yung maging Grand Dreamer!! (para masaya lahat, siya kasi pinakamaraming fans for sure!!!) (’wag sanang manaig yung mga favoritism ng mga mentors..)
