Pacquiao wins by a Technical Knockout (TKO) on Round 8. De La Hoya lost the fight by way of TKO after 8 rounds and did not manage to win a single round in the fight.
Pacquiao faced Oscar De La Hoya on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fight is stopped just as the round 9 is set to begin. Manny Pacquiao is the winner. Official time is 3:00 of the eighth.
