Last Saturday, April 25, ABS-CBN chief correspondent, Korina Sanchez was the guest co-host of Willie Revillame in the noontime show “Wowowee.” During the show, Senator Manuel “Mar” Roxas II, known as boyfriend of Sanchez was also present. Revillame had an opportunity to interview the couple about the diamond ring Miss Sanchez was wearing. Roxas described to Willie how he proposed to Sanchez last February. “Siyempre magkatabi kami, kami lang, nag-hoholding hands, at sinabi ko naman sa kaniya na, ‘Honey, alam mo naman siguro na tayo na nga talaga ito, kaya I want to formally ask your hand in marriage,” Roxas said. Roxas cried after his fiancee, expressed her love for him on that day. “Kasi sa lahat ng nakilala ko ring lalaki, siya ‘yung totoo… Kala ko kasi, Willie, hindi na ito darating sa buhay ko e….Gusto ko lang sabihin kay Mar na, kahapon, ngayon, at bukas, iyong iyo ako,” Korina said. But there’s no wedding date yet, Last Friday, Sanchez told TV Patrol there is no date yet for the wedding. And definitely Korina will not be wed in June because she said “Ayokong maging June bride dahil tag-ulan,” denying the speculations for her wedding this coming June.
