Oscar-nominated Australian actor Heath Ledger has been found naked and dead in his Manhattan apartment, possibly of cause of death is a drug overdose on anti-anxiety pills. The 28-year-old star’s ex-fiancee is actress Michelle Williams and has a 2-year-old daughter Matilda.

Police said it did not appear to be suicide, but they were still investigating, and an autopsy has been scheduled. Pills were strewn around the bed, and there was a bottle next by the actor’s body, police sources said. The maid and therapist called 911 but emergency workers were unable to revive the hunk actor and was pronounced dead.
