Dolphy nominated as national artist

Senator Manny Villar proposed the bill to make the comedy actor of the Philippines – Dolphy Quizon. The senator believes that the comedy king deserves to receive the recognition as the national artist because of the great contributions he have given to the filipino people. The movies, shows, community services and other achievements that gave happiness and laughter to his fellowmen are enough.
