Heart Evangelista’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day. Her boyfriend hunk filipino actor, singer, endorser Jericho Rosales surprises her with a birthday gift of the Diamond-studded necklace. She look so beautiful as she wear that shining symbol of their love to each other. 
Happy Heart said “Nobody has done it for me, aside from that I have also fireworks here (holding the necklace and laughs)”. Heart gave a free nebulizer to children with asthma on her birthday as a thanksgiving.
