Latest Update on Rating scandal: New ABS-CBN witness – Donard Duane “Donald” L. Nojas was a program director and anchorman of Saksi Evening Edition in Super Radyo DYSB 1179kHz Radio Station -Bacolod of RGMA Network Inc. He gave an statement in ABS-CBN TV Patrol WOrld revealed allegedly the special operations they’ve done on Radio and TV Ratings in Bacolod City and hired Toto Aliguin (ABS-CBN informant). That they have a budget for that operations. A total of 150,000.00 pesos for 10 days (includes Jeepney Rental, Motorcycle Rental, Gasoline, Food Allowance, Cellcards for communications, Covert Operation Budget-FI Contacts). But the GMA denied the accusations…

“GMA Network strongly denies the accusations made by Mr. Donard Duane L. Nojas that RGMA Bacolod hired ABS-CBN’s informant TOTO ALiguin or anyone to look for panel homes in Bacolod City and that it conducted special operations to increase its ratings. These accusations come from a disgruntled former employee of RGMA. Nojas, a former Program Diractor of RGMA-AM Bacolod, was terminated…for violation of company policies, serious misconduct, gross neglect of duty, and loss of cinfidence.”
